Improve strength, speed, agility, power, and resiliency to injury! 90-minute sessions include a dynamic warm-up, plyometrics for improving power, speed and agility, strength movements using barbells, kettlebells & dumbbells and foam rolling to finish the session.
Athletes have the opportunity to come in up to 4 times/week.

Coach Lothar is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and has extensive knowledge in injury reduction by working closely with chiropractors and physical therapists at Kaizo Health. This allows him to merge strength and performance principles with rehab principles.
